What to Expect
1. Schedule Your Free Consultation
Meet with Joshua Harden to discuss your circumstances and goals—in person in Shawnee, KS, or virtually through Google Meet. Consultations are available for clients throughout Kansas and Missouri.
2. Share Your Information
After your consultation, use a secure online intake link to share information about your family, assets, wishes and priorities. Joshua will explain which documents are needed and how to provide them securely.
3. Develop Your Personalized Estate Plan
Review your circumstances, discuss your options and work with Joshua to prepare documents tailored to your needs.
4. Review and Finalize Your Documents
Review your documents, ask questions and receive guidance on signing and other execution requirements under applicable state law.
